PRIVACY POLICY

1. OVERVIEW

WADE ("the App") is developed and published by Cetus Games. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our mobile application.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Device Identifier: We generate and store an anonymous UUID tied to your device. This is used solely to save your nickname and high score. No personal information (name, email, phone number) is collected.

Nickname: The nickname you choose is stored on our servers. You may change or delete it at any time from within the app.

Game Score: Your score is submitted to a global leaderboard when you complete a run.

Advertising: We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID) and usage data in accordance with Google's privacy policy. If you purchase the "No Ads" package, no advertising SDK data is collected during your sessions.

Purchases: In-app purchases are handled by Apple App Store / RevenueCat. We do not store payment information.

3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

— To operate the game and leaderboard
— To display relevant advertisements (unless premium)
— To allow nickname customization and score tracking

4. DATA SHARING

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except:

— Google AdMob (advertising, only for non-premium users)
— RevenueCat (purchase verification)
— Our backend server hosted at drip.useroam.com (score & nickname storage)

5. DATA RETENTION & DELETION

Your data is retained as long as the app is installed. You may delete all your data at any time via Settings → Delete Data within the app. This removes your nickname and scores from our servers permanently.

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

WADE is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. SECURITY

Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Device identifiers are stored securely using device-level encrypted storage.

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
